The repairs to the car and the way I was treated was excellent. My concern and the reason for not giving an excellent rating and 10 recommendation is because the service department is backed up for days. I am reluctant to buy a new car because it will be in the dealership for days if there are any bugs or adjustments that need to be addressed. The service department needs to be expanded to handle the workload.

Good fast service
Good fast service. There may not be anything technically wrong with dust on the oil filler cap and I understand that they can't volunteer a cleaning job on every service but there was dust left on the oil filler cap and it causes one to wonder how all attention to detail is handled.
