Service

My electronics was acting up. I called and they had a tow truck ready to haul my truck to the dealership. They kept me updated and actually went out of their way to get me on the road again. Overall very pleased.

Great service,outstanding.....

My experience was great .We initially stopped in to look at the new chevy tahoe's and the sales person we talked to "J" was very courteous,knew exactly every spec of the vehicle we were interested in.After purchasing the vehicle and taking it home four days later our stock rims and tires were stolen right in our driveway of our home .After contacting the authorities and insurance company I then went back to the dealer to order new rims and tires.I ran into "J" my sales person and I told him what had happened he then walked me over to the parts department.He took the time to explain to me every option that i had ,as far as replacing my wheels and he was there every step of the way .In my experiences over the years with other dealer's where I have purchased other vehicles. You buy the vehicle and that's it ,you come back cause something broke or it's not working right and you're sales person won't even give you the time of day.With employees like "J" I know where i will be buying my next vehicle at Threeway chevrolet.

Solid Customer Service!

Britney was the sales rep that took care of me, and she did a great job throughout the entire process. I would send anyone looking for a new care to see her and her team at 3-way Chevrolet!

Thanks, I am impressed. My appointment was for 0720 and you were running a bit late, I was greeted and given the name of my service writer and even the service manager came out and let us know we would be taken care of. 1st time I needed the shuttle and wow, what a great time. The repairs where done well and I am very impressed. I am a long time resident of Bakersfield and for years, frankly 3 Way's reputation was not so good. All of you are a credit to what you do. I may even be a new Chevy convert! Well the jury is still out on that!
