I took my duramax in for a issue it had and Kirk your manager was AMAZING!(yes I capitalized it) Great guy reinforced one of the meany reasons i love Chevy's I hate ford! ha-ha. Anyways, I would give Kirk a raise A big one, next yr I will buy a LTZ 2500HD because of this I was going to try the dodge one But i love chevy even more now. thank you kirk, I normally don't respond to these surveys but you are worth my time. God bless you and your talent and superb customer service.. I felt the Chevy family love.

Great service long wait
The actual service was excellent but the time I waited was a little ridiculous! When I arrived to get my oil changed they had just pulled the car up in front of me to begin their service and I was next I was told it would be 40 minutes and it ended up being 2 hours. The guy that finally came to get me apologized for the wait and said something about he was at lunch.

Cadillac Experience
I was completely satisfied with the purpose of my visit, which was the recall. I do have a question. The service report stated tire pressure was checked and set to 35 PSI. The dash monitor stated tire PSI was 30 and/or 29 on each tire. Is it likely the dash monitor is not calibrated correctly or was the tire service documented by overlooked.

Mediocre at best!
The service performed and the service manager were excellent. However, when I wanted to schedule additional service, I was told the earliest date available was almost a month away. The reason I was given was that the service department is back-logged with Chevy recalls. The fact that I have to wait for service on my CTS because there is a backlog of recalled vehicles is unacceptable. In addition, when I picked up my car, it had not been washed. I was told the dealership carwash was out of order; however, I saw men washing new cars with a hose. Why wasn't that much effort given my CTS? Because we have been so pleased with my CTS Coupe, my husband had been seriously considering purchasing the new ATS Coupe or getting another CTS; however, the service situation in Bakersfield, California, is far from what we expect from a luxury car dealership. We are currently looking into purchasing an Audi, BMW, or Mercedes, but definitely NOT anything that would depend on Three-Way for service.

Great service
Alex was great as always. He answered all my questions and was very professional. He never seems to get shaken or upset. I don't feel as though I am being pushed through an assembly line. Great guy and a great asset to 3 way.

Great survive very nice people clean inside
Amazing service , Raymond tried very hard to get us into the Malibu we wanted. He was very knowledgeable with our Malibu explained everything perfectly no problems what so ever. We are very happy with Raymond and Three Way Chevolet cadillac of Bakersfield

A+ Experience
Lance was nothing but patient and helpful when helping me find the right car. He was superb in helping me find exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Anthony was excellent with following up with me and getting me into drive numerous cars until I found the one I wanted. They made a great team, I wish I could buy every car from them.
