Volt Electric charge cord
Not much has been the same for the good since losing Lonnie as my service representative. I realize things are busy but with an increasing emphasis/competition on electric transportation there is a different time service requirement for these vehicles. If you cannot charge it it is of no value to the customer. After not being notified of a needed battery service to my 2011 Volt and having a charge cord replaced already, I was faced with another charge cord failure. Four calls to the dealership and three different messages left , no returned calls. Excuses...too busy, down 2 service reps, 25 out of 42 million nationwide recalls belong to GM. Finally was able to speak to Alex....he was a breathe of fresh air...Easy to see he was a Lonnie prototype. Professional, cordial, listened , and responded with outstanding service. He also called me back early the next week to see if things were going well. So far the new charge cord is effective, actually getting 3 more mile charges than before. Still love my Volt, Alex is a new breathe of Fresh air re-instilling my confidence in seemless electric travel. Interested to see a longer range , even fully electric Volt, before I have to purchase a tesla?!

Great service and facilities
Rusty knows what he is doing and gets the job done. My car came back clean and undamaged and on time. Fantastic.

Great servive
My concern obout my car was taken care but the oil change girl was careless need ppl skills or even smile and not be so negative at least look into if our car warranty covers certain things and i even think my oil change was not done. Our car is reading 20% oil life. Was the service done no.

Great service
It was a great experience purchasing my new vehicle. The salesman was excellent when speaking to my mom and she absolutely loved the service she had recently went to another dealer and did not receive such excellent service. Overall I would most definitely purchase another vehicle in the near future.

Otstanding Customer Relations
I came in with a bad battery. The shop was very busy since it was a Friday afternoon. But the service advisor got it replaced immediately. Very accomodating as always.

Awesome dealership
I bought several cars from previous dealers before and most of them ended up in stress and regret. 3way Chevy is exceptional. They offered a reasonable price and loan rate and there was no haggle, but swift, straightforward and stress free transaction happened. Sandra is overly helpful. I plan to pay this Chevy Volt off quickly and I will surely visit this dealer again for another one for my son.
