My warranty repair.
Took my vehicle in for a warranty repair at 0730 and it was ready for pick up at 1230. Very happy with my service. Will be back.

Great Service.
I purchased a door handle ealier in the day and had trouble installing it. The staff was able to fit me in, late in the day to correctly install the part. This vehicle is a work truck and was important for us not to be out of service. Thank you Three Way!

Excellent service
My experience was wonderful. I had a specific car in mind and they found one and had it transferred quickly. All of the paper work went smoothly and very informative. All my questions were answered promptly. Great service all around.

Great service
ECM went out. Corvette is a 2007. I asked my service rep if it was covered under the 8 year/80,000 mile warranty. He checked and advised me it was. Car was in and out very quickly, no charge. Nice not to have to argue with a company over warranty issues. GReat visit, great service.

Long-time Competent Services Reps
Great service. I like the service managers I have dealt with, and both of these guys have been there for a long time, and feel comfortable working with them. They both are very efficient and communicative. I trust both of them. However there is confusion right now with the move of the Cadillac service bay over to the back of the building (well, the rear south-side) that was difficult to find, and it took at least ten minutes for the sales person there to locate the key drop-off box.
