Spectacular customer service

I had the pleasure of having Bryan Shelton as my Service writer. He is such an amazing and professional person. He kept me informed of the work status of my vehicle, when I would get discouraged he would find a way to make things right. He treated me like a real person not just a number or customer. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and it once again runs great. Thank you

Fast and reliable service

The mechanic was friendly and the service was done 15 minutes ahead of schedule despite one of their lifts being broken that day. All I can say is that I was satisfied and knew the car was in good shape for a trip to the beach when they were done servicing it.

Love my New Cruz

I bought my new Cruz and love it. The sales department was great. They answered all of my questions and gave me a great deal. I took my car in to the service department and they were fast, friendly, and knew what they were talking about. I would buy from them again.

Great Service Department

Pedro was excellent in getting the part I needed ordered. Lonnie was attentive and quick to get me in for the repair. He also contacted the company that carries my extended warranty and found out the repair was covered saving me nearly $200.00. My car was in and out within 1 hour! Thank you!

Prompt checkin, accelerated service so I could meet hotel checkout on time, good shuttle service to hotel and back, cost below estimate.

extremely disappointed

I emailed for a request to recieve a color for interior over even got the decencyn 2013 Cadillac Escalade EXT premium. I never recieved the responce. I however am glad they are doing such a good business that the possible sale on $70,000.00+ did not interest them. A simple reply of get lost would have been appreciated other than sheer negnect.

Great Customer Service

Friendly & Helpfull staff, explained vehicle service in detail. Also showed me how navagation settings worked. Answered all my questions, even varified warrenty information via vin# without asking, to make sure there was no out of pocket cost.

Going the extra mile

My daughter and I went to pick up my 2010 Traverse which was being serviced. While we were waiting, we were looking at the Camaro (my daughter's "dream car") in the showroom. We were approached by a very polite and friendly gentleman. After conversing for awhile, he told my daughter he had something to give her. We followed him to his office, where he gave her the Camaro Model - 2006 Concept Car, handed me his business card and asked that I contact him with any future needs. When I read the business card on my way back to the service department, I was amazed to find that I was dealing with Ted Nicholas, President/CEO of Three-Way Automotive Group. I just wanted to say "thank you" for going the extra mile and making my daughters' day!

What a turnaround!!!

Alex Irizarry was my advisor and he got my oil change done with some recommendations on other maintenance and wheel alignment. I called to make an appt as he instructed me to. I was transferred to Sara and she made me an appt but it was not what I requested. I didn't know this until I came in the day of my appt to find out my appt was with Lonnie. I was misled the entire time while speaking with Sara for my appt thinking I was scheduled with Alex. Lonnie assisted me and never returned any phone calls. I am 68 years of age and i live in Taft and it would have been nice to be kept informed of my car. It is not easy to get places at my age. I had to call someone to come pick me up and take me there to get status. I wish I would have not gone along with it and allowed Lonnie to assist me. Lesson Learned! If you like a certain way a person provides service for you, stick to it even if someone tells you otherwise.
