Victor, my salesman, was very direct and friendly. No pushy salesman nonsense. Plenty of trucks in stock to choose from. Julie in Finance was fun, polite, and went out of her way to handle the extended warranty refunds on the Jeep I traded in so I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. Everyone I bumped into was friendly and always asked if they could help with anything, but never followed me around on the lot or tried any car salesman games.

Told him what I wanted, he took me for a drive, we went over the numbers, and later that day Julie in Finance got me in and out of the purchase process in no time. She even went out of her way and cancelled the extended warranties on the Jeep I traded in for me, and got me back an extra $1500. First time I ever laughed and joked with a car dealership finance person!

I had been turned down for financing at a different dealership two weeks before so when I drove in to Dupage Chrystler on October 1st to look at a cargo van they had on the lot I did not have high expectations. I spoke to Jack about what i was looking for, about my new business and why I needed the van as well as my past car buying experience and my credit score. Jack was genuinely interested in my business and actually checked out my website as we spoke. I told him that I did not think he could make the deal happen due to my credit score. Jack said "don't worry...its happening...we're gonna get you that van." He got up and went to work on it. Less than 20 minutes later he came back in his office and said your all set, go ring the bell you just got a new cargo van! He made the deal, got me financed and into the van i needed for my business. Thanks Jack and Donny in finance for doing what I thought couldn't be done. You guys knocked it outta the park! I can't say enough great things about this place. From the moment you walk in the door they are friendly, not pushy. They wanna make sure you're happy before you walk out the door . I highly recommend!.

I’m writing about the last service I recently had. It was flawless. Eddie Ramirez makes a service visit painless. He is efficient, personable and a genuine, likeable guy. He explains everything upfront and keeps you informed throughout the process. He is my go to guy.
