1st time buyer..
Went to purchase a new vehicle for the first time and Rose put my and myself at ease. She was very helpful and friendly and made it a very positive and relaxing experience. I wish more sales people were like Rose. There needs to be a sixth star for her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to get us into a new Jeep..

Unsure
Not sure how to judge this dealership. It has a new owner since I bought my Jeep GC last June. MY GC is a diesel and it appears the dealer does not have a qualified technician on staff. 2 days for an oil change and a check engine light is a long time to hold the vehicle and supposedly I will get it tomorrow. I did schedule in advance. My issue is that I feel I am being deceived. A software update, or series of updates, does not take two days. All I get is word that they are still troubleshooting the car. If there is a plus, they gave me a free loaner....almost in anticipation that the service event would be a problem. More to come.... By the way, I moved from being a long term Honda/Acura owner to Jeep and Jeep can learn a lot from their Japanese competition on how to operate a service department. It is night and day.

Attentiveness to our needs/ budget
We worked with Corey Jackson while purchasing a new Dodge Dart for our son. Corey listened to what we were looking for and while we initially were not on the same page with budget, he worked with us to reach a point that met our needs. All the while, patiently allowing us the time to make the decisions on our own. We are very happy with our new purchase and the experience we went through to make that purchase.

Horrific!!!
Went last month to purchase a Jeep, was dealing with Antonio. Spoke with him for several days prior to coming in. Went in with a check the following Saturday. In the midst of the deal, the sales manager fired our salesman and tried to give us another salesman. It was strange, very unprofessional. Sales Manager is your typical "Used Car Salesman" type, very rude and abrasive. In fact, when we left after not purchasing the Jeep, the sales manager told us we weren't welcome back. Don't worry! No way would we give these slimeballs our money!!!
