Great Experience
I already had financing lined up and they got me a better rate. Saw the car online at 4pm and drove off the lot with nit by 7pm, on a Saturday at that. Got the car 6k under asking price. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The sales staff works hard to make sure you are happy and go the extra mile to help.

I pulled up to the dealership. Didn't have a lot of Time because I had my three week old with me. Rj listened to exactly what my needs were. He didn't waste my time. And brought me exactly what I needed. I even asked him for a quiet place to nurse my baby. And he took me to a sanitary place. Not the woman's restroom. So I could nurse my baby girl. He definitely defines what it means to be in this business and a person in general. And I could not be more thankful for his time. Any of you mother's or father's out there . Rj Kaye is for you. He's is Kind personable and does not pressure you into a decision . And decided and crunched the numbers I could afford!

Very happy with Town & Country van

Fast, honest, great experience!

Incompetent
This car dealer was unambiguously the most incompetent bunch of salesman and mangers I have seen in my life! I had contacted a salesman concerning a certain car and made it clear I was to be there later that day, only to find out after traveling 2 hours that the car was at a car show and every employee at any managerial or sales position was ignorant to the location of said car show. Worst car buying experience I've ever experienced. STAY AWAY!!!!

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!
DuPage Dodge Chrysler and Jeep provided me with the most horrific car buying experience EVER! Not only was the salesman and sales manager pushy , but I felt downright disrespected after my encounter. To make matters worse, I wasn't even shown the vehicles I previously looked up online and asked to test drive! I did not purchase the vehicle that I was being pushed into, but instead I took my business to their neighbors, Sunrise Chevy, AND got exactly what I wanted! Don't waste your time or money with DuPage Dodge Chrysler and Jeep! Go somewhere that your business is valued.

Good Price and Service
My experience was great with my salesman Jack. He was patient through the process and moved everything along perfect as expected at a nice dealer. I bought a low miles 2013 Toyota that was a trade in. Good Value.
