The salesman, Alex listened to want we wanted and was smart enough to help us get to the number we wanted. We did not waste much time as compared with other dealerships and we left with a brand new car.

lazy salesperson
I made a contact to this dealership via cars.com and an hour or so later I received an email from Christian and his assistant. All I asked for were pictures of a vehicle that had not been posted. He refused to email them to me and insisted on sending them via text message. After giving him my phone number I still had not received any pictures 6 hours later. When I called the dealership, he was unable to get on the phone so I was transferred to a different salesperson who said he didn't know about the vehicle I inquired about but he would check on it and call me back. He did indeed get in touch with me about 15-20 minutes later only to find out the vehicle had been sold. Today Christian sends me an email asking me if I'm still interested in purchasing a vehicle from him and the standard salesman line, "What can I do to earn your business?" Too late pal. Keep in touch with your customer and don't try to sell them something else when they are telling you exactly what they want.

Online pricing xx.. Does not listen to your need,will try to shove their wants down your throat. Bait and switch on car and prices. Scam alert. Waste of time. Don't bother emailing for prices and deals. All lies. Typical shady dealership

Superior doesn't do them justice!
First of all, when I walked into Dupage Dodge, I didn't even have to open the door for myself. Most people are skeptical walking into a dealership with the thought that most salesman are just there for the commission. This dealership does not give off that vibe at all. The staff is super easy going and relate-able which makes you feel comfortable instead of skeptical. I went in with a credit score that wasn't the best yet they were able to get me the lowest rate anyone had previously offered. My mom and kids came with me and although it was a long process, as expected when making the second largest purchase in your lifetime, my kids were able to keep entertained in the child room with toys and a white board to draw on. They were super patient with me since this was my first purchase of a vehicle on my own, they were extremely understanding when I had to step away for my kids. My salesman even got along with my oldest, which is unheard of for her to relate or communicate with strangers. I can honestly say that I will not be purchasing another vehicle from another dealership or salesman in my lifetime. Zach Segreti worked super hard to get me the best price out there and the best interest rate possible for me. But it didn't stop there. Even after I purchased the car, going in for service was a breeze.A few reviews online stated that service was a bit slow and that it took months to get issues resolved. Wrong! Ursula handled all of my issues promptly and was willing to work with my schedule whenever I needed it. Every question I had was answered and even suggestions given on where to take my Wrangler off roading! They either had a courtesy car for me or called an enterprise rental for me if my Jeep needed to spend the night. The maximum amount of time I waited for parts in repair was 4 days only because it fell on a weekend. After shopping for over four months, I will say that it was worth the wait and hassle jumping from dealership to dealership to find the right one for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone you know and will be a customer for life, guaranteed. Just the simple fact that they are honest and willing to help in every way, even when not needed to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase speaks volumes. So does the fact that my mom went back to purchase her Jeep there too! I honestly thought that a staff which genuinely cares about their customers was impossible to find but I was utterly mistaken when I found Dupage Dodge. I can promise that this is a dealership above all others and if they continue to function this way, they will be around forever.

Very friendly customer service
Rose made a new car experience a very enjoyable experience and they had a kids room to help keep my daughter entertained while waiting. She even provided us something to drink and a snack for my girl while waiting for approval for financing. The deal we worked out for transporting vehicle to my home was a huge plus. The only thing that I felt uneasy about was the agreed price, but I did not have to put any money down and added a lifetime power train warranty. The interest rate I thought was kinda high for my credit rating. Not sure if it was because I selected 84 mo. I am confident that I can refinance later through my bank though. Overall it was a good car buying experience.

Quick and Painless!
Had my mind set on buying a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Sam was very helpful with helping me find the exact car I wanted, and Jerry was able to get me a great deal on the vehicle. Past experiences at competitor dealerships consisted of wasting countless hours by being pressured into a deal that was best for the dealership and not for me, however this is not the case at Dupage Dodge Chrysler & Jeep! Both Sam and Jerry helped me make a decision that worked best for me. I would definitely recommend Dupage Dodge Chrysler & Jeep to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Good service
The salesperson was very quick and accommodating. Getting into the finance office took a very long. Disappointed the NEW car did not come with mats.

Bard Experience
Internet sales department was rude and lied to me. I get the feeling they would do anything to sell a car. The repair department also seems smarmy. Would not go anywhere near this dealership

Dishonest
The internet sales department (Christian) was rude and spoke down to me on the phone. Then I was lied to about the car I wanted. The worst dealer I have ever seen, I would never buy a car form them or have my car be serviced there. Tried to write a note to the owner\manager and they never responded, seems typical for the dishonest attitude of this dealer.
