Happy Customer

Great Subaru dealership. Howard is The Man !!!! Loved his professionalism and his knowledge and his courteous manner. Howard made me feel welcomed the moment I walked through the doors. The final stage of the purchasing process, Paul was so accommodating. He made the financial process stress free. Just the day before, I had the most unpleasant experience in an other dealership on 303, but here I found Heaven. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a safe and well made car. Run don't walk to Bill Kolb Jr. Dealership. Thank you once again Howard.

Pleasant Buying Experience

Top notch dealership. Love the professionalism of staff and no haggling experience. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. A welcomed and refreshing change from the competition. The quality of Subaru and this dealership is unsurpassed. Kudos to Sam Texler for his patience and salesmanship. As Good As It Gets!

I have purchased about 20 vehicles in my life - both personal vehicles and commercial. The process has never been smoother and more pleasant than with Stuart Lesser at Bill Kolb, Jr. Subaru. There is no remnant of any adversarial positioning or gamesmanship. It was straightforward because Stuart Lesser is straightforward. He answered questions directly and simply. Part of my incentive for buying the car was the special financing offered. I wanted to know if I qualified for certain without reliance on my impression of what 'Well Qualified' might mean for Subaru. Paul Spiegel from Finance took my application and gave me my answer in less than a minute. The buying experience was as smooth as it can be. Stuart Lesser is a Prince among car salespeople. He asked what I wanted. He explained the different versions of the car available. He took me out for a test drive. He didn't try to steer me in any particular way. He didn't make me wait around so he could 'speak with the manager' nor did he start writing random numbers on pieces of paper to hypnotize me into a deal. I decided I wanted a Subaru Legacy Limited with Eyesight if I got the special financing deal offered at the time. Stuart gave me a great price. I got the financing without double talk or hesitation. It wasn't in stock in my chosen color. I ordered it and waited three weeks for it to arrive. Stuart called me as soon as it was on the lot. One extra thing that sets Stuart apart: I mentioned how I wanted to surprise my wife but I didn't have one of those giant red bows seen in car commercials. He dug one out and loaned it to me for that extra touch for my wife's birthday. Nice! One extra note: Do yourself a favor and buy the extended service package they will offer. Its not 'undercoating'. It will save you money in the end, gets you a free loaner car ahead of walk-ins when bringing the car in for service and makes for a more secure certainty that your car is as covered as it can be.

My New Subaru - First time Buyer of Subaru!

Sonny was very helpful in my getting my first Subaru. I let him know I wanted only the Grey Impreza and he kept that in mind. He stayed late to make sure I knew how everything worked on my new car. He gave me a follow up call to be sure all was going well. He worked with me to be sure I received a fair trade in value for my old car.

Buy a Subaru & maybe get birthday cake

The first time my wife & I went to Kolb 2013 to look for a Legacy, we were underwhelmed & got my Legacy from a different dealer. Three years later makes a big difference. We met Sam Texler & he more than made up for our disappointment 3 years ago. Sam is patient, thorough & very knowledgeable (& can sometimes even provide birthday cake). Salesman Richard Knel and Finance Manager Paul are the best. Got me into the car I wanted fast and easy. Don't go anywhere else to get your Subaru, Rich and Paul will take care of you.

New Suburu Owner - Excellent Experience

Was contemplating purchasing a Forester and after looking at a few of the dealers nearby, stopped in at Bill Kolb Jr to look at the vehicle and features. Howard was excellent in providing detailed information on all my inquiries. Although my original intention was to purchase a 2015 I ended up with a 2016 with some addditional features I was not even considering!! Love the car! The entire process of purchasing the vehicle was seamless and Howard was meticulous. One day with the car found a very small problem with one of the speaker covers. Howard immediately took me to service, we set up a date, service was prompt in repairing it and I could not be more pleased. Would recommend Bill Kolb Jr to anyone interested in a Suburu.

Great experience

Bought my 2017 WRX STI last week and couldn't be happier. Gary the Salesman made the process easy and Chris the Sales Manager was very helpful as well. Paul the Business Manager had me in and out in no time! I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Subaru!
