I had a great experience buying my 2017 Subaru Outback at Bill Kolb Subaru. My salesperson Gerald was able to answer all of my questions and explained all of the features of my new car when I picked it up. My car arrived a week after I ordered it which was a pleasant surprise. The sales floor at Bill Kolb Jr. is bursting as it is a very busy dealership. They are currently working on expanding the building and moving the service department down the road. This will definitely make the sales floor less congested. Sam Texler of Bill Kolb Subaru was an exception sales consultant and accommodating in showing, test-driving several vehicles. Also patiently instructed me on the many technical aspects of options available on the Outback. There was nothing that he did not cover or prepare efficiently during the entire buying process.

I am an artist who needs to bring 20 or more paintings to exhibits. I brought a 32x40 painting in to see if it would fit into the Crosstrek, and was accommodated gladly. I brought my husband and we took a road test and were thrilled. The purchase was easy and stress free. Ross showed us all the features and how to use them before we drove away. This was my third Subaru and I always serviced them at Bill Kolb. Their service is excellent.

It was such a wonderful stress free and enjoyable car buying experience. My salesperson was Gerald Ford and he made it such an easy hassle free time. I was able to test drive the outback and the forester back to back without a wait and all I had to do was decide between the two cars.
