My service advisor was friendly and upfront with the wait

My service advisor was friendly and upfront with the wait times which I appreciated and have zero issues with her. My issue is that I was literally the first car in the morning before they opened at 7am and my car wasn't ready until just after 9am. Two hrs + for an oil change is unacceptable.

The service was great but it took 2 hours for an oil change it's better to leave the car and come back

Wonderful experience buying a used car - no nonsense, no

Wonderful experience buying a used car - no nonsense, no shenanigans with hidden fees and ?dealership fees? which render the advertised price a scam. Howard was friendly, straight forward and efficient. He took time to thoroughly walk us through the features of the car we were looking at, answered all questions, didnt rush us or wasted our time. The entire process of purchasing and filling in all paperwork was made as painless as it could have possibly been. Our experience was so much better than previous experiences with buying used vehicles! Could not recommend this dealership (and Howard) more.

Engine light and other lights suddenly came on.

Engine light and other lights suddenly came on. Went straight to Subaru. Turned out a sensor needed to be replaced and luckily was still under warranty. Danielle was so helpful and arranged a ride back home and back to Subaru when the job was completed.
