Billy was a very friendly internet salesman and the finance manager was good as well. The 150 point Certified checkup was a little lacking as the tire pressures were all low.

Great communication and information. I was kept updated on insurance progress and repair status on my vehicle. My service advisor, Bryan, was great with his information during this process.

Convenient location from freeway, friendly staff and finished the service within 2 hours for second time oil change. Coffee and water were available while waiting.

Came for scheduled maintenance and 2 recall issues, in and out before my coffee got cold. Had an appointment deadline, they made sure I made it.

Arrived with my maintenance issue and the service department immediately took ownership and resolved the issue beyond expectation! We were so relieved and satisfied with the service! EXCELLENT experience!

Said my battery was good. Battery died next morning. Then after having it checked that day. Battery dead 4 days later in Long Beach. Sad!

Greeted immediately and taken care of with an Uber. Pick up was slightly delayed but I did not mind. They communicated well and were friendly.
