Fantastic service. Great communication and good decorum....

Fantastic service. Great communication and good decorum. Lee was especially fantastic. He was quick and efficient and explained everything clear and concise. He broke down the price perfectly as well.

Very professional to work with! Love that they don’t push a sale on you but are there to answer all questions asked. Finance department was fast and easy also! Thank you!

Very pleased the dealer was able to squeeze my car into their schedule on very short notice. The cause of the check engine light was determined to be chewed up wiring. Repairs were completed faster than expected and the loaner car exceeded expectations.

Took an hour and half for an oil change and tire...

Took an hour and half for an oil change and tire rotation. That's about normal for a dealer (maybe slightly longer). I'm currently not recommending any company where the majority of employees/customers don't wear masks. Knowing people who have died during this pandemic, it seems like a pretty easy thing to do.

Look, I don’t want to spend much time arguing. But, the CDC recommends everyone wear masks indoors. (link below). Regardless, I’ve been disappointed with John Hine before this incident. I received notices from the DMV regarding the transfer of my trade in. I left messages. It took over a week to hear back. I was told, “It’s not a problem”. Then I received more notices. Left messages. Never heard back. Eventually, I just handled it on my own. As someone with a background in International Business, I’m pretty confident a Japanese Corporation understands the importance of both customer service and public health. I find it unfortunate John Hine Subaru doesn’t follow suit. We’ve owned 10 Toyotas. This is our first Subaru. This is the second time we have had the Outback in for...

This is the second time we have had the Outback in for warranty work once for electronic troubles and the second time for water leakage inside the driver side floor. Both times the work was done quickly and without service returns. So far so good until the next rain storm determines if the leak was in fact fixed.

I was very impressed by the service adviser Helder Santos...

I was very impressed by the service adviser Helder Santos who was both very knowledgeable and very courteous. And the car still runs like new, perhaps a testament to the service quality at this dealership.

Service rep was helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I arrived on time for my appt & was taken care of immediately (no wait). My Subaru was done in timely manner.
