Extremely professional, state of the art communication with YouTube videos taken by the technician of the areas needing repairs, personable and professional service personnel. Overall the best service I’ve ever received from any dealership including other Subaru dealers, Mercedes dealers, and Audi dealers.

I was extremely impressed with the service appointment. I’ve never received a video detailing the entire process of the multi-point inspection, with the service tech pointing out exactly what needed immediate work and what was going to be fine until the next appointment. Very impressed, one of the few positive experiences I’ve had with a service department and my expectations were greatly exceeded. Thank you so much!
