the man who waited on me was very thorough and helpful. he also allowed me to use my money points in helping to pay my bill. he said that i had waited too long, and that he was sorry for my wait. this is the third time that I have responded to this visit.

I had submitted an appointment request for the following day. The request had somehow gotten lost but they honored my request to have my car looked at and I had my breaks replaced that day in the time frame I needed it completed. I was very happy with the customer service I received.

Fast and quick. Less than hour for oil change and 75,000 check up. Good debriefing after work done. Less than I expected for cost

My car has been having transmission problems lately which I have found with other models as well. Even though the problems caused no major disruption Ford always took my car in to repair it and gave me a loaner to drive. Hopefully I won't need the transmission worked on any more. Knock on wood it is running very smoothly now.
