Great fast service!!

I called for a last minute service as there was a problem with the brakes on my 2012 Ford Edge. Not only did they take my car that day, but they had a loaner car for me as well. Needless to say, I was thrilled. I sell real estate and I need a car, as it is essential to my line of business.

I had an oil change done, my car was taken on time and was done in the time frame quoted to me.

Quick service

Had back light out and called tire/oil center. Spoke with Tony who told me to bring it in and it was repaired within 20 minutes.........great service.

Quality Work, No Appointments Needed

I have owned my new 2013 Ford Edge for 3 years. I have had all oil changes and routine maintenance performed by your Quick Lane service department. I have been very impressed with the personnel and the quality of the work performed. I also like the report provided with each oil change, so that I can stay abreast of the vehicle's condition. I love the fact that I don't need appointments at Quick Lane for most routine work, and there has never been a very long wait for the vehicle to be ready! I highly recommend the Easton, MA Ford Quick Lane!

I was in for service on my Edge and the service writer was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My car was taken in immediately and completed before the estimated time. Great service, thank you!

Baystate Ford's Quicklane/Service Department

In 2011 I purchased a Ford Fusion from Baystate Ford, and always had it serviced there, I made the choice to trade it it in for a Ford Escape last year, after that horrendous winter. I unfortunately did not purchase this Escape from Baystate, but I wish that I had. I will however be bringing it to Baystate to be serviced, because as always I am pleased with the service I receive. Kenny was the manager I dealt with over my years of coming to you, but Kyle was great also! I had my transmission fluid flushed, and my car is running great! See you in a few thousand miles for an oil change and tire rotation.
