Dream Car!

Amanda was extremely helpful with my purchase. Because I was purchasing from over 150 miles away her communication and excellent customer service was vital in me feeling comfortable about my purchase. Amanda was awesome and I would recommend to anyone. Mizell Ford made the deal happen when other dealerships gave me the run around!!

Best auto buying experience ever

This was the easiest process for buying a car I have ever had! Joshua Dykes sent me information and called me about the vehicle I would be interested in buying. He was not pushy but rather interested in what Fit me and and our needs. If he didn’t know the answer he quickly retrieved it. I expressed to josh and Gary what my budget was and they made sure the deal on the truck we wanted fit. I received a call the day after from Ken asking if I had any questions. He also was able to get me an additional $250.00 rebate after the sale was completed! Great customer service from Josh, Gary, and Ken. Also jordon explained all the financing to my satisfaction and I felt very comfortable about my deal.

Service

I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and Ford Escape checked at almost 10,000 miles. the service dept. was friendly and I was in and out in a few minutes. I am so glad I bought a car from a local dealer.

Best salesman ever

Sammy was very helpful & understanding . He was very attentive & helped me to find a car . I definitely will recommend him to others . He is nice and respectful. He does his job well & is patient with difficult clients such as myself . Jordan helped me to get a good deal and made me feel very comfortable. He answer all of my questions no matter how small they were . My car was much needed and a great birthday gift . Sammy and Jordan made my experience wonderful today ,here at Mizell Ford .

Excellent buying experience

We dealt with several other dealerships during our search for a vehicle and the customer service and professionalism at William Mizell Ford was the first thing we noticed.
