Great customer service

Mickey, Nicole and James all had great customer service. Each one was very knowledgeable in their department. Mickey made me feel like family. If you are looking for a vehicle give them a try.

They typical shady car dealers

Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I went to look at a used Ford Escape on a Saturday and worked out a deal on the next Thursday. I am from out of town and the car was brought to me. Thats were the good has stopped. I was managing my restaurant when the car was dropped off so I didn’t have time to look it over again. The keyless entry stopped working in the driver side handle. After 2 trips to get it fixed the tech wasn’t there. Finally when I came today I was told they weren’t going to even look at the car until I agreed to pay for the handle... 15k for the car and they won’t even look at my vehicle saying its not their problem anymore. So if you want the typical shady car dealership that says they want repeat customers but really only want your money then nothing to do with you after then this is your place. The people who help me were Gary “the sales manager, John Wall “the salesman” and about be only nice one was Carleton the “Service manager”

Great people

The people working there were very friendly and helpful. All had smiles on there faces and there to help you. Gave the great deal that was wanting (even though I didn’t think I could get it). Santell Hawkins told me when I first saw him in dealer lot he said “ I think we can you what you want” and they did. Thanks again Mizell Ford.

Great Experience, Al and Sammy were great.

Sammy provided the upfront info needed. Al met us for the test drive and really made a great impression. Mickey always makes everyone feel at home.

Great Service!

As soon as we arrived at the dealership we shared what we were interested in. Although, not an exact match, Mickey and Ken invested hours finding something we were happy with purchasing. We will definitely be returning to purchase our next vehicle from Mickey and the team at Mizell Ford. We are highly satisfied and my husband loves his new truck!

Time Management, awesome!

I chose to give this rating because I think people value their time. Coming to Mizell Ford and speaking with Sammy about a possible deal- he wasted no time, gave me details, reached out to me and he also responded in a timely fashion! Great Customer Service by the Sales Department

It was great to arrive at the dealership to have all my company belongings move from my old tradein to my new truck. The dealership also installed my old cargo top onto my new truck. Great customer service by the sales department!!! Thanks!!!

Excellent service

This was my second time at William Mizell Ford. I would not think of going anywhere else. Salesman was fantastic, I asked for him by name having dealt with him the first time. Everyone involved gave super customer service. Service department is fantastic as well. Thank you! Shannon Shook
