The sales team is super, they are not pushy, you tell them what you are looking for and they try and assist you in finding what YOU want. They listen and they took into consideration what I was looking for, then I had options. There is no pressure, and that is why I would recommend this dealership, also, there is quite a selection of vehicles to choose from.

A great buying experience. Bruce Pettit was so kind and helpful with this nervous "Nellie". He even babysat three, yes three toddlers inorder for me to complete my purchase paperwork Everyone from the sales to the purchase was so professional.. Great people!~

My experience was great. I told Mickey what I wanted and he did everything he could to find it. I was pleased at the dealerships willingness to work with my price and trade. The financing process was the easiest I've ever had when buying a car.

Scott Chasm and Bruce Pettit made it possible for me to be driving my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL. They listened to exactly what I wanted in the car and got it done. They did not haggle or pester me. They responded to every one of my questions in a detailed and timely manner. I would recommend William Mizell Ford to anyone looking for a fun and no-haggle car shopping experience.

I went to a small town dealer thinking I would be under...

I went to a small town dealer thinking I would be under low pressure. High pressure sale and felt like I was in a big city large volume dealership. Uncomfortable the entire time. I really love the truck I also have a friend that is reired from Ford in Detroit and he said he could get me a discount because when he retired he would get 10 family and 10 friend employee discount. The dealership told me I did not qualify. My friend said they lied to me. When I called and expressed my displeasure the salesman said his manager gave me the X plan and he needed the pin number after I had made the deal. This sounded a little fishy to me. Why ask for the pin afterwords? Shouldn't I have got a pin before I closed the deal? This makes me feel I would have recieved the vehicles at 15% above cost but I don't think I did. In otherwords I got screwed!

The experience was great!! The prices were great! I wasn't sold by the salesman it was a friendly personal experience where he listene to my wants and needs and put me in suv I love! Proud to have bought from here and will continue to be apart of their ford family!!

Overall, all the people we came in contact with were very friendly. They were very respectful towards my husband and I. My husband is an army vet and everyone there that we talked to thanked him for his service. That meant a lot to me as a military mom and wife!!!! Bruce Petitt was the salesperson we dealt with while we were there. He was not pushy nor did he make us feel that we had to buy. He was very professional and answered any and all of our questions. We really feel he did every thing he could to get us the best deal! We have visited several dealerships in our time but this was the first one that we've been to that we felt we could browse, converse, and talk a deal without it being a time wasted experience. I commend Bruce and the dealership for being so respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!!!!!!

I was looking for a 4x4 ,4-door truck and had a chevrolet...

I was looking for a 4x4 ,4-door truck and had a chevrolet truck to trade. Looked at Toyotas, Chevrolets. The Ford had what i was looking for in a truck. Talked to Mickey Stewart at Mizell Ford and he gave me a great price and trade in, with no pressure. The whole staff including Mr. Mizell himself were very friendly and very helpful.I would recomend this dealership to anyone.
