Hayes, (sales) was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing all options on the vehicle we purchased. If we had questions, he always had the answer. Keith (business office) was helpful in the process of the purchase and explained what we needed to do. Would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly.

Scott was absolutely wonderful! He made the whole process easy. He even picked me up at my home and brought me to the dealership. This is the first time in several years I've dealt with a new car dealer and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Scott's a great guy to do business with!

Everyone was so friendly at Mizell Ford. Bruce was a great salesperson ~~ wasnt pushy at all and explained a lot of features my vehicle had. Mr. Mizell was even there and took time to say hello. You dont get that at a lot of car lots ~ usually the owner is tucked away in his own little office or on the golf course or at home still in bed. I will definately say that Mizell has earned my trust and future business.

Did not go to the dealership to buy another car but came...

Did not go to the dealership to buy another car but came home with a 2008 Smart car. Was at the dealership having my wifes' 2011 Mustang serviced and my 2008 Ranger serviced. Then up pops a 2008 Smart car and the rest is history. The pricing was within the current KBB standards. The service department is great, fair in pricing and cheaper than some other repair shops in the area. The dealership is like family, the sales department and service department go out of their way to make you happy and feel at ease. This will be the third vehicle that we have aquired from Mizell Ford and we hope there will be many more. msw
