Even though my co-worker and friend spoke highly about this dealership I had my doubts. I thought they could not be that great. I am very happy to say that I was wrong, as soon as I got there Mr. Chasm came out to greet me. He was friendly, and very helpful. It mattered to them and they did everything to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. It wasn't about them selling a car, but about my being comfortable with the payments and happy with what I bought. I honestly didn't think I was going to be approved again I am happy to say that I was wrong, I drove off with my new car that same day.

I am very happy with the dealership and the sales man Scott, and if they finish the ruck with the oil change and topoff all the fluids along with the tank of gas when I want a new truck or car I will be back to them for a new deal Thank you for putting up with me......Mr Robert polarbear jr

I have been searching for another Escape for over a year now. Since day 1 the only person I have dealt with has been Hayes. He has great knowledge about his vehicles and left no question unanswered. We set up a time for me to drop by and the two cars that I was interested in were there and ready for me to take a test drive in. Both vehicles were in mint condition and ready to drive off the lot. I felt comfortable and was treated with respect. I went there knowing what I wanted and I already had my financing completed before I got there. BUYER BEWARE!!! This dealership will sell a car right out from under you! I havebeen looking for a truck for 2 and a half months when I found the perfect truck on Mizzels' Web site. I found it on a sunday night and I called on MOnday morninf first thing. I worked out a deal with the sells man, called my credit union, they called the dealer ship got all the neccessary documents and was about to cut me a check to go get the truck, when i get a phone call form the sells man say MR. MIZZELL the OWNER has changed his mind, he was selling the truck to a family memeber. Truth be known, I am sure someone came along and offered him more money, after we had already made a deal. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM!!!

Meeting Scott was very good. He is up on his job knows his cars and the right Questions to ask. He has a great sense of humor and is a real people person. He and keith worked to get my wife and I a great deal on a 2010 chevy impala on Sat 8-13-2011 I didn't know we would be driving it home
