Aaron Ford has lots of selections of cars.

Aaron Ford has lots of selections of cars. Their service is also awesome. Their Parts & accessories reps are very helpful and corncerning about their customer's orders. I have ordered a part for my truck, and the vendor sent the wrong part. They made sure that the vendor resent the right part. They also called me to update the status. Five stars service!

I would like to start off by saying our salesman, Tim

I would like to start off by saying our salesman, Tim Brown, was top notch. Very helpful and respectful of time and needs. I would recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately, he works for Aaron Ford of Poway, and I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact, I would suggest anyone to go to another dealer. During our purchase of our 2023 F150, we were told that Aaron Ford is requiring everyone to purchase a $650 Reviver electronic license plate. We told them that was not something we wanted, and we didn’t feel that we should need to purchase it. It was not on the window sticker and was not on the truck as shown to us. They simply said that, per management, if we didn’t purchase the plate the deal is off. After they explained that it was the way DMVs were moving towards, and that it could be used as a theft device along with other options, and there were no additional fees, I reluctantly agreed to the deal. I should have walked away knowing what I know now. First off, it took three different plates and an extra trip to the dealer to get it working. Second of all, after researching the Reviver, you have to give them credit card info to activate, and there is indeed a $130 yearly fee if you want to use all the features. Thirdly, they are only approved for sale and use in 3 states. So, if you move out of California, it’s useless. I talked with the sales manager, Ryan Martinez about this. He said that he didn’t know a lot about them, but management is requiring it on all sales and once they deplete their stock, they were no longer going to use them. So, I asked him that if I had waited to buy a truck, I wouldn’t have had to buy the plate? He said yes. Unbelievable! I decide to email the general manger at Aaron Ford, Vishal Sharma, about this and explained that first I didn’t see why I had to purchase this and second, they untruthful about no fees and how it's not 50 state approved. After a week, I still have not heard back from him. I guess Aaron Ford has so much business, they don’t need to worry about losing customers over an aftermarket part they are pushing on people. Do your research and go to another dealer!

This just goes to show the low quality of customer service after the sale. After your response, I have tried numerous times leaving voicemails and emails with absolutely no response. The phone number given goes directly to a generic voicemail. I have received the same response from you on the other reviews I have left on other sites. I guess you just want to try and show that you are concerned, but are you really??

We were referred by the Aaron Ford of Escondido to Aaron of Poway Ford. Since they had the car in stock at Aaron Poway. Michael the sales person was really nice and genuine guy. The finance manager Kevin was the best one in my thirty years of buying cars. Highly recommend Poway Ford.

I am extremely happy with my experience leasing a new Mustang Mach E from Aaron Ford in Poway. I was treated like a valued client from start to finish. Sacha Bathaee was my salesperson and he was professional, courteous and never pushy. Both Sacha and the sales manager Ryan worked together to get ame a deal that was both fair and highly competitive. After the sale Sacha explained everything I needed to know about my new car patiently and made sure I had all my questions answered. I recently purchased a vehicle from Aaron Ford of Poway and it was a great experience from start to finish. The finance manager Kevin Vera went above and beyond to get me approved even with my challenged credit. He also gave me an excellent price on both a warranty and maintenance plan to ensure my new truck is fully protected. He really took the time to explain everything in detail and was very transparent throughout the whole process, so I wanted to take the time to leave this review to appreciate how hard the whole staff works. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to come here for their next car!

We purchased a car from Aaron Ford on September 4.

We purchased a car from Aaron Ford on September 4. Through typical dealer obfuscation the finance manager we were working with, Kevin Vera, added an optional service contract and hid it in the payment while offering slightly different financing terms. Per the terms of the agreement we were permitted to cancel it but had to work with Mr. Vera again to do so. We submitted the form to him on September 18 and were told it would take up to “a month”. Over 6 weeks later we reached back out and were brushed off about “being patient” a little while longer. When I pushed for more information we learned that there was a piece of information missing on the form…so Mr. Vera had never even submitted the form originally and had instead had been sitting on it for 6 weeks. The form was resubmitted on November 9 and again we were told to wait 2-4 weeks. I reached out again after the 4 week mark and again was brushed off. I believe that Kevin Vera is intentionally delaying submitting this form hoping that eventually we forget and stop trying to exercise our legal right to cancel. I would caution anyone against buying a vehicle at Aaron Ford in Poway, and especially against walking into a finance office with Kevin Vera. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had by far.
