I have purchased two new trucks from Aaron Ford so far. The purchasing experience went smoothly with no problems. I have left a review previously on that. This review is about the service department. I needed the towing (7 pin harness) checked before I went on a camping trip. I was getting an overload-no brake warning on my brake controller with the trailer connected the morning we were to leave. I knew it was the truck Or the trailer. I had no way of testing the truck. I took a chance and went to Aaron Ford and told them of my situation. Fortunately for me I met the Shop Foreman Billy Simmons on his way into work. I spoke with him and described my situation and problem. In a short time he came out and tested the 7 pin connector and found that it was functioning correctly. That was a big relief. At least I knew the issue was with the trailer and I could take care of that. I really appreciated his taking the time to help me out. He did not have to do that but it says a lot of his customer service. Thanks Billy!

Sacha was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was extremely efficient and really worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted! Probably one of the fastest experiences I have had at a dealership. Highly recommend.

IRRESPONSIBLE DEALER, I LEFT MY CAR TO GET A REPAY AND OIL CHANGE DURING THE MORNING, AND I WARNED THAT I WOULD NEED IT AT THE END OF THE DAY BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH IT THE NEXT DAY, THEY DIDN'T DO THE SERVICE, THEY DID NOT CALL ME AND CLOSED THE DEALERSHIP WITH MY CAR INSIDE, I ARRIVED THERE TO SEE THE EMPLOYEE SAID THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED AND HE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE MY CAR WAS, IRRESPONSIBILITY IS THE NAME OF THIS COMPANY, I WILL NEVER DO SERVICE WITH THEM AGAIN AND I CERTAINLY ADVISE NOBODY TO DO IT SO THEY DON'T HAVE FUTURE PROBLEMS . TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. THE OTHER DAY I WENT TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE AT THE TIME THEY SAID IT WAS READY AND THEY SAID I DIDN'T NEED TO PAY, DETAIL..... THE SERVICE WAS NOT COMPLETE, THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 2 DAYS AND I STILL NEEDED TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER DAY TO FIX WHAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DO IT. DO YOU KNOW WHEN I'LL BE BACK THERE? NEVER AGAIN.... I WILL GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP FOR SURE, THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE AND TRUTHFUL.

Jericho is an exceptional employee. He helped me tremendously when I had some difficulties after a purchase from the dodge dealership. This man stands out as a leader and a guy that can make things happen, simply and efficiently. It is very clear that his goal is to make his customers’ experience as fair and pleasant as possible.
