I took my 2018 LS500 in to have car play installed.
I took my 2018 LS500 in to have car play installed. I was thrilled that Mike was able to get me serviced and out in a little less than 2 hours. However when I got home I realized that my Siri radio was not working nor was my phone connected on blue tooth. It took over 2 hours for my husband and I to figure out how to work car play plus reinstall seri ( had to call their automated service). No one offered to explain car play or set it up to work. Very very disappointing.

This dealership has a long way to go.
This dealership has a long way to go. The whole process for buying a car was too long. My salesman was new to Lexus, but he definitely tried hard to make me happy. I just think attitudes from non salesman, was just a touch out of reality.
