December 19, 2023 appointment was made for vehicle service. I was an out of town visitor needed service on my Lexus LS 460 L brought car in for service pay for service review service maintenance check off list after arriving in North Carolina January 23 noticed that my windshield wiper fluid Flashed across the screen as low along with the next maintenance service reminder never set normally when I take my vehicle into the Lexus dealer, they normally tap off all the fluids because that’s part of the maintenance check kind of disappointed in the service that I received due to me being out of the area I was not able to bring the vehicle back in so I had to go purchase windshield wiper fluid to fill up my reserve tank disappointed in the service after paying close to $500 makes me wonder if the proper service was serviced on my vehicle make me have questions and thoughts and I talked to the service advisor Craig Smith I was told that they could’ve been overlooked. My response was if I’m bringing a car in for service everything should be checked. That’s what I’m paying for and to say it was overlook is a poor excuse. Individual never really asked me let me pull up the vehicle and see Who perform service on my vehicle would I use to dealership again I think not.

Abysmal service and outright arrogance was the

Abysmal service and outright arrogance was the experience. When I asked for an inspection report back in early December, Greg O'Mara stated via text, "I can't access it because it's at another store." I have the receipts. With their $899 doc fee, they refused to negotiate on it. Really? Why am I hearing about this 3 months later? BTW on a C450 that has outstanding service according to the manual and CarFax likely reaching 2K. You will be stonewalled by subordinates who refuse to do anything on the sales side. -No Follow Up -No Negotiation -Rude, Dismissive Staff Every dealer I've dealt with over the years is willing to make concessions on paperwork fee when it's excessive. When I spoke to a sales manager, which took 4 calls because no one answers, he talks over you like "a know it all." He claimed I'm the problem when his staff is cavalier, showed apathy, and can't do their jobs in a professional manner. Absurd. The sales manager stated he does not want my business. No wonder why the car has sat for nearly 3 months. I refused to be treated in this fashion. They clearly have their priorities misplaced. If it's this bad on the sales side, I can only wonder how bad the service side? Again, when the sales manager says we don't want your business and has a rude staff showing no interest by not following up, you realize how toxic this place is. I doubt the dealership will contact me to correct this.
