Service Experience: Went in for a routine service appointment with Mike, my service advisor, and had an amazing first class experience. I was able to use a courtesy car so no downtime or impact to my schedule. My car was serviced timely and delivered to me cleaned and driving in excellent condition. Love Priority!!

Beyond my expectations
My vehicle maintenance took a little longer than expected. My service advisor provided a loaner vehicle to not inconvenience me. I was able to take care of my errands while they finished maintenance on my vehicles. They went beyond my expectations.

Tech Savy Sales Person
Never owned a luxury vehicle before so went by Priority after work to check out the base NX350 model as I had been car shopping SUV's. Reid Schiff was knowledgeable and showed me the Lexuses and the different color combinations. There were certain colors that I wanted for the interior and exterior. We gave it a test drive. I had to do some more shopping and finally pulled the trigger about a week later. Reid has been great answering all my questions as this has been a big change in technology for me. So far so good. Check out the dealership and ask for Reid. He is young and tech savvy!!!!!

Purchased a new 2017 Lexus es and have had all services
Purchased a new 2017 Lexus es and have had all services completed with Priority Lexus. On line request for help with a starting problem. Referred to Parts dept. Immediately notified that the correct battery was in stock and cost for new battery excluding installation. Next referred to service department to schedule appointment for installation. Immediately scheduled for an early morning drop off. Confirmed for drop off. Arrived and dropped off in less than 10 minutes. Notified by Isabella that my car was being checked, and a new battery was being installed, and that I would be notified as soon as ready for pick up. Received a text shortly afterwards. I went by paid for and picked up my car and was on my way happy and again assured that all was fine. Thanks for keeping me satisfied with my New Lexus. John S.

Excellent Customer Service
I brought my 2014 Lexus RX 350 in for it's 40,000 mile service. I was dealing with the recent death of my husband snd wss not thinking clearly. Corbett waz my service advisor and very good care of me. He gave me a loaner that was the same model as my car so thst was great' He went over everything required at 40K and it was in line with the owner's manual. When I picked up my car the price was less than I expected. He made suggestions of things for me to consider doing but no high pressure "upselling" which I hate. I would highly recommend Priority Lexus, and be sure to ask for Corbett to guarantee yourself of being treated with respect, knowledgeable info, and fairness.

I’m so happy with the service at Priority Lexus.
I took my car to Priority Lexus when my tire light came on. It turned out that I had picked up a nail in the wall of the tire, so I had to buy a new tire. They had the tire in stock, changed it, and cleaned the car inside and out. Devon was delightful and came to the lounge several times with options and costs before the work was done. I’ve been so pleased both with my car and the warm, knowledgeable,and friendly employees.
