We had another great experience at Rusty Drewing Toyota. This time it was the service department that went above and beyond! Bob Roling was great to work with!

I get my vehicles serviced about every 2 months, and I love your service department. I deal with Bobby, and he is wonderful. Bobby goes above and beyond to get the job done right! The service team is great; it’s not just great, it’s really great!

Ronny Hake was great assisting me with service on my Toyota Highlander today. Communication was great and vehicle was completed on time. Couldn’t ask for a better service experience.

Had routine service provided this morning. Once again Bob Roling handled setting up my appointment, met with me immediately when I drove into the service area. Service was competed within 30 minutes. Bob came to get me from the waiting area and went over the inspection report of my vehicle with me. He is always very courteous and takes care of making sure my vehicle is kept in top operating condition!! Thanks Bob!!!!

I am amazed!! I purchased my used vehicle from Rusty Drawing and while driving home, I noticed my steering wheel was shaking.. I knew it was the rotors that needed to be changed. 2 days later, one of the salesman that I was working with called to see how things were going. I told him what was going on and he immediately said “lets get that looked at"! I scheduled my appointment 2 days later to have them look at my Sequoia. Once I arrived, the service advisor, Greg, looked at it and then told me they were going to replace my rotors at no cost to me!! I was totally shocked and amazed at the solution they choose! Many dearlership would not waste time after someone purchased a vehicle, to then care enough to make a free repair! I will be buying my vehicles from them when that time comes! Overall, it was a wonderful experience from the moment I bought my car to the repair that was done!

Bob Roling is such a great employee at Rusty Drewing. He is always very organized and professional. He is also always quick to helping out with my car needs.
