Peter Grohl did a wonderful job of working for me.

Peter Grohl did a wonderful job of working for me. At first it did not seem that a deal could be made. But Peter did not give up. He kept working at it until the deal came together. So far I love my Equinox.

I’ve never been as unhappy and disappointed in a service

I’ve never been as unhappy and disappointed in a service experience as I am with this one. My car spent 14 days at the dealership’s service center without ever being looked at. I finally had to take my car back without any diagnosis or repairs done to it. The service manager Jason, and assistant service manager Jen, were absolutely useless. I would never return and highly recommend that nobody else does either. This service center is an embarrassment to the Chevrolet brand and is in need of major changes.

We bought our 2023 Bolt EUV there and it was all up

We bought our 2023 Bolt EUV there and it was all up front! No questionable charges and our sales person Kyle was excellent. Would buy there again without any hesitation! We had everything worked out over the phone and had a stress free transaction!

Unity Chevy, and especially Kenny deserve a rating of 10 stars. They are very polite and helpful and do a great job. I have gone to them for years and years and they have always showed respect and have been beyond helpful. I trust them and they keep me informed as to what is going on with my car. Do your transaction with Mr.

Do your transaction with Mr.Morrero. He’s the best -he keeps customer’s best interest in heart and gives you the best deal that which is fair for both parties. Extremely respectful and kind people at this dealership. After shopping for five stressful days, I walked out of here with my first Chevy trailblazer

Overall pretty good service appointment.

Overall pretty good service appointment. Unfortunately it appears it did not get the tire rotation i requested and paid for. I hope this was just an unfortunate oversite and would appreciate a call from someone in service to address

Needed brakes.

Needed brakes. Got next day appointment. Truck ready within 24 hrs. Samantha kept me informed of repair estimate & status. All work done as requested-no surprises. Been dealing with this dealership (Barton, now Unity) for 6 years. After my last 2 visits, Samantha is my “go to” service advisor. Very satisfied with the new ownership & service department in particular.

I purchased a new 2023 Chevy traverse at this

I purchased a new 2023 Chevy traverse at this dealership And was originally pleased with the service I received . I was promised a tow hitch to be installed by the dealership as part If the deal. Well, a month later , I’m getting a run around with regards to the tow hitch . It was never orders as promised . Sales is not getting back to me about the item and the sales person who sold me the car is no longer at the dealership . I had signed a document stating that I am to get the tow hitch yet no one will honor it . Don’t trust these guys . Very sad
