The service department here is a joke.

The service department here is a joke. Took it in for a fog light repair under warranty. They tried to pry the housing out of the front, somehow not knowing that it needs to be removed from behind. The lying service agent named Kenny called me to say that the truck was badly damaged. I asked him if he was calling the right customer as there was no damage to the vehicle. After we hung up, he ran and took pictures so he could claim I brought it to them that way. Problem was the time stamp on the photos was 15 minutes AFTER he called me. Service manager said he was going to pull the video to see what happened and that was the last I heard from them. They did $4200 damage! If you value your vehicle then avoid this criminal outfit or you'll regret going there like I do.

Interesting that prior to my review, the dealership showed no interest in resolving this issue. There's absolutely no way I would let your establishment touch my vehicle again.

Your comment is only an attempt to display some sort of concern which does not actually exist. You already have all of my contact info from when I brought my vehicle to your inept service department. No attempt has been made to contact me because Unity does not care about their customers or their vehicles. A truly disreputable dealership.

I took my car to have my driver door locks replaced and

I took my car to have my driver door locks replaced and the electrical looked at because something is leaking in my car and affecting my headlights. Unity Cadillac had my car for over a week, The said nothing was leaking replaced the bulbs that went out two months later and missed connecting a pin from the lock to the handle. I brought my car back for them to fix the lock and lights again. Told me it was a setting for the lock…. Pin still not connected. They set it so when I put the car in park the doors unlock. And told me I needed head lamps which could of been replaced the first time. Had to take it to another mechanic and they knew immediately from my description that my plugs were clogged and that’s why water is getting in my car and my lights. This was a waste a of my time and money. Everything I brought my car here for I had to pay someone else to fix again.
