The worst car buying expierence of my entire life. This dealer has a deceptive sales / internet team. The financial dept ran my credit using totally different numbers than what was agreeed to with sales dept. I would run not walk in the opposite direction of this dealer. THE WORST

Took the car for its first oil change - was not a good
Took the car for its first oil change - was not a good experience. Since the ownership has changed things are not the same. Leased four cars from the previous dealership and was very satisfied. That will never happen with the present situation. I believe Jon Barton is no longer there. The name is now Unity

They like to tack on excessive fees. Be prepared to pay over MSRP if doing business here. I took my business elsewhere. I recommend everyone does the same. They tried to tack an extra 2600 in fees on a new car. Run far away from this place.

Terrible place to buy a vehicle.
Terrible place to buy a vehicle. Purchased a vehicle they did docusign instead of signing all the paperwork in person. When I received paperwork from loan was 5,000 more then what was suppose to be financed. They never took my down payment off the purchase price. And had 14 percent sales tax. When confronted they said the computer must have made a mistake and would give me 1500 back. Which didn’t cover the extra sales tax back. The manager Richard would avoid us. Came in person and he disappeared. Spoke to finance person nasime. And he very rude and just made up stuff. Then called me and cursed and told me it’s not his fault and I wouldn’t get the almost 5,000 back. The most would be the 1500. I reported them to the attorney general for scamming people on sales tax. I’m not the only person. They added 1500 reconditioning fee. 995 admid fees. Which is a joke because there is no work done by administrators being they avoid any problems. Look over any paperwork and refuse to do anything once they steal money from you. I hope they personally get criminal charges for grand larceny

This is the second time this dealership messed me up.
This is the second time this dealership messed me up. My car needed one tire to put on it. First they told me to come in on a Saturday and they would put it on. When I got there they said they did not have the tire. They told me to call on Monday so. I came in at 1 it is now 238 does it take nearly 2.hours to put a tire on. I am very angry. It seems that once they sell it to you they treat you crapy.

Unity delivers new vehicles they know to be broken. Unity misrepresents car manufacturer specs. Unity is an "old school" dealership ... do/say anything to make a sale since there's no penalty for deceit. It's urged you go elsewhere.
