Chef Jeff is amazing! We drove 3 1/2 hrs to buy a car from him and spent many texts back and forth before hand. He treats you like family and is super truthful and easy to work with. Worth the drive and amazing recipes!

Found alcohol
Just sad service. I found a half drink whiskey bottle in the cup holder that wasn't there when I first brought dropped it off. Just sad

Buyers Beware
Took my 2017 Tundra in for intermittent warning light and the service tech read sensor errors but refused to fix the issue because the light wasn't on at the time. They cleared the codes and said it wouldn't happen again. I drove away and the break controller light came back on the next day. I had to call and take time off of work to bring it back to the dealer where they refused to attempt any fix or read the codes again. The service department manager refused to help or work on the truck even though it was under warranty stating if the lights not on they won't work on it. It will be impossible for me to get it to the dealer when the light comes on due to the strange and erratic behavior. Buyers beware and stay away from Haley Toyota of Roanoke as they don't honor their warranty and refuse to troubleshoot malfunctioning hardware. Condescending staff, Management, and disappointing service!

I hate this, my dealership. I make my appts online and they can NEVER find me. My husband was mad because it took 2.5 hours for simple service. Later on the key tag I discovered the notation “walk in”. Nice. The last time I went in for 40,000 mile service I asked that they check my liftgate as sometimes it does not work. The guy said does it work or not. I had already told him sometimes it does not work, not all the time. I was told I would have to pay $200 to get it checked. The damned car was still under warranty. I paid big bucks to have a 70,000 mile warranty with zero deductible. When I explained it to the service mgr. she explained it was to make sure they get paid. If the warranty co. Would not honor the claim then they would be out the money. She further stated it was like my health insurance, did I not have a deductible? I declined the work and came home and checked the car manuel. I was doing it wrong, with my hand instead of using the key and putting my foot under the bumper. Could they not have just shown me for free? I bought ‘97 Rav4 from this dealer, a 2011 Prius and my ‘16 Rav4. Think I will buy from them again? NEVER! My husband will not even take the Prius in for an oil change.

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to have a recall fixed. Took it in early morning and was told it would be ready by end of day. End of the day I went to pick it up only to find they hadn't worked on it all day. The people I talked to were rude and condescending. I'll never forget....

I wanted a 2021 Toyota Prius Limited in Electric Blue...
I wanted a 2021 Toyota Prius Limited in Electric Blue Storm with Moonstone interior and moon roof. I live in Phila and no dealership near me had this car. I found it at Haley Toyota. I called and spoke to BJ and he said if I gave him a $500 no refundable deposit he would hold the car until I could drive down and pick it up on Saturday. i drove down with my trade, 2004 Corolla and BJ had my new Prius ready and waiting. Yearly inspection
There technition need to review dot laws . I had installed LED lights in my Toyota Tacoma they actually pass the truck in the past with them in. This year one of the led lights was blinking needed to be replaced. Now I am a CDL TRUCK driver I know that only dot or sae approved lights are legal . So the lights that were in my truck were legal there shop rejected the inspection due to the led lights.
