I bought a car "as is" and I am up to $2K in repairs and still need to buy two tires. I bought the car online and it was not as described, when it was delivered. I got a call from a manager, who in my opinion, sounded like he did not want to be bothered. He was very blunt and non sympathetic.

I bought a car online with a walkaround. The car was not totally as described, when I got it, and it also needed costly repairs. Because of my concerns, management called. To me, it sounded like he did not want to call, it was a waste of his time, and a blunt conversation. Really did not listen to my concerns. It took 5 days to receive a call. The salesman never called to see how I liked the car after receiving it. I will never recommend this dealership.

I wish someone from this dealership could explain why the car I drove 175 miles to buy with the money to pay for it. In my purse wasn't ready for me to buy. I really wanted the vehicle, but there was scratches on one side, a long scratch 18 inches or longer an inch wide on the hood, cracker crumbs in the back seat, and needing a washing and good cleaning. It took me three hours to drive one way. I arrive at this beautiful Toyota dealership excited to get the vehicle I had been looking for to get the biggest disappointment. I know things are different in the world today and people are not truthful. I am not mad, at 84 I don't get too upset any more but I would appreciate a call explaining why the car I went to buy wasn't cleaned up at least and waiting for me. You need to work on your 3.5 rating. Beautiful facility but employees need help badly.

a mixed bag ..
Took my vehicle in for *routine maintenance* .. which apparently - from their point of view - didn't involve running a Diagnostic and finding out why my engine light was on. So my engine light is *still* on. In April i'll probably take my Toyota product to Firestone instead.

$5.00 Car Wash
Once Again I try and trust HALEY but in the end disappointment sets in. They called and offered a $5.00 car wash. I thought GREAT service... I arrive at scheduled time. After sitting for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I go to Customer Service and ask how much longer. She proceeds to come back and tell me another 3 minutes. I walk around to wash bay and the guy is just starting on it. He said that it was a mix up, he had started on the black truck. So I asked him to please drive my car around immediately so I can go. He did. I took paperwork in dropped my $5.00 off and left. (needless to say without a completed wash) I don't know what is the problem. Is it bad Management?? Just overall bad Customer Service.. the girl LIED! instead of telling me the truth she thought I would go sit back and wait another 45 minutes but WRONG! Ju
