Unprofessional, misleading and lier Asst. Manager at Service
I walked to the service department for regular service check up that new Toyota has to go through. The Asst. Manager was rude, lied and gave me misleading information. He was totally unprofessional and lied again when I asked for company's written policy. I hope it's not the case but somewhere I suspect he doesn't like the people that come look different than him

Don't listen. Tell lies. Mislead customers
Promised pin striping on my new Rav. Said it needed to be done before paint sealant. I told customer service. They sealed anyway. Liars. Jerks.

Beware of doing business with this dealer
I contacted this dealer by email after seeing an online ad. I am located about four hours from the dealer, but was very clear that I wanted the car and would have traveled to get it if necessary. Salesman Jeff Bannon said I did not need to, as he would have the car driven up to me, we agreed on a price, and I got my financing in place. Only after this occurred, Jeff first vented at me via email for trying to move the transaction along quickly when he was busy, then said the car was mine and I didn't need to worry, but later called me back to say that the car had been sold to someone else (probably for a higher price). Beware dealing with this dealer and this salesman long distance, as it seems as if they were playing games, and, in any event, did not keep their word. Do not trust them or do business on a handshake with these slick folks.
