Overall, the dealership and service techs are good to

Overall, the dealership and service techs are good to work with. However, they are extremely pricey. Quoted me $12k to replace a transmission on a 2019 escape. I understand it’s a work heavy replacement, but I wasn’t given any alternatives options and other places quoted me half that amount for the same work. They also took advantage of my car situation and tried to put me in a NEW vehicle when I didn’t want that.

Donnie was my salesman.

Donnie was my salesman. He was GREAT. I told him, kind of what I was looking for and he was awesome. He knew right away the kind of car for me. He was right. I love my New Car. He was a gentleman and very intelligent about the cars I was looking at. Even after the sale I had questions about how to set some settings in the car and he was able to show me everything I needed to know. Thanx Donnie

The service dept rocks!

The service dept rocks!!!. I had a service request that was last minute. They worked me in within the hour and allowed me to get going for an out of state, last minute trip. Great job service team and the mechanics that completed the tasks. Very much appreciated!!!! Andy j

Had not used the pickup and deliver option before.

Had not used the pickup and deliver option before. I called, to set it up. They text me on the day and picked my car up. I was called to let me know what was needed. My car was returned and I paid for the service. I was more than pleased with the service provided. The staff was helpful and friendly! Thank you Gallery Ford.

They are truly the worst thing about the car business.

They are truly the worst thing about the car business. Bait and switch… offer you a price and totally try scamming you when you get there. People please make sure to do the research before buying or selling to this dealership. Places like this give the business a bad name when dealerships are bought up by the big city ripoff tactics. There are a lot of reputable dealerships in our area. This is not one buyer beware

Dear Haward, Thank you for your review. I can assure you that if there was any issue related to the bate and switch, it will be addressed promptly. During your recent visit to the dealership, you were interested in selling a 2017 Chevy Cruz with the Vin# ending in 7223910 for $10,000, which is higher than the book value. After inspecting the vehicle, our used car manager offered you $7000, which is significantly higher than the $5,925 average JD Power book value and $2,851 higher than the KBB good condition value of $6,961. Therefore, I am unsure about your concerns regarding a bate switch in this case. If you believe that your car is worth more than the amount offered, you are welcome to return to the dealership. Our general manager will take another look at the vehicle and see if we can offer you a higher price. Respectfully Ray

Dear Howard, Thank you for your review. I can assure you that if there was any issue related to the bait and switch, it will be addressed promptly. As you presented yourself as an independent wholesaler selling vehicles, you came to the dealership wanting to sell us your 2017 Chevy Cruz with over 113,000 miles, VIN# ending in 7223910. You purchased privately two months ago for $10,000, which is $4,000 higher than the book value. After inspecting the vehicle and even though your car is not in what you consider good condition, our used car manager offered you $7,000, which is significantly higher than the $5,925 average JD Power book value and $2,851 higher than the KBB good condition value of $6,961. Therefore, I am unsure about your concerns regarding a bait and switch. In this case, you came to us wanting to sell your vehicle and when we didn’t give you the number that you wanted, you became belligerent and insulted the salesperson and the used car manager with choice words I’m not at liberty to repeat. This is especially surprising since you are a wholesaler in the business yourself, and you were the one who reached out to us wanting to sell your vehicle. If you believe that your car is worth more than the offered amount, you are welcome to return to the dealership. The service from the sales department was adequate.
