Omg where do I start.

Omg where do I start. The workers there are SO Nice. They helped me for days. Because a a tough customer and I’ll tell you the truth. I will NEVER go to another dealership. I really enjoyed doing business with the workers there. They are 100% kind. 👍🏼 Great Job guys!

Don't go here unless you like high pressure salesmen.

Don't go here unless you like high pressure salesmen. Went in there with a particular car in mind. After I drove it and decided to get it they try to sell me a more expensive car even though I told them several times what my budget was. I ended up walking out without buying anything.

Worst service department ever.

Worst service department ever. Took car in to have a new key programmed. After 4 days having my car, they called to tell me it took so long because the key I bought from them had a dead battery in it and then told me my car won’t start because now my starter went out and they could fix it for an additional $800+. Never ever had any issues with my starter before they had it. They broke it but now it’s my problem. Complete scam and rip off on their part. Never trust them to work on your car.

Fast service had air bag replace on recall.

I recommend this dealership because even though I had horrible credit Lucas Wood helped a lot. Lucas vouched for me and bent over backwards to help me get in a reliable vehicle for me and my family. Thank you Lucas at Gallery of Ford at Pekin

I purchased a used vehicle on March 9, 2024 at Gallery

I purchased a used vehicle on March 9, 2024 at Gallery Ford in Pekin Illinois. After I purchased the vehicle, I was very disappointed in the service I received, but I went back today on March 25 and spoke with William who is the owner of the business, and he made everything right the way it should’ve been in the first place, and he apologized and made everything right for the vehicle and for me I was very impressed with the service I received. They have had a lot of changes just in the last 2 weeks which has improved the business by 100%. I would definitely take all of my vehicles there again and recommend them for service and purchases. Thank you William and everyone I met today at Gallery Ford.

Scheduled an appointment for 10am for an oil change and a diagnostic test. I called them at 2pm for an update, but the phone just kept ringing. Stopped in to ask for an update and 6 staff members were sitting around the front desk bsing. One decided to see what I wanted. I asked for an update and he said it was still running a diagnostic and it could take 20 minutes or two hours. A few hours later I call and can’t get through. I call sales department and they informed me that the service department was closed for the day. I call the next morning and the receptionist asked me for a callback number, but never asked my name or what vehicle I was calling for. There is something very wrong about Gallery Ford’s service department. There is little if any customer service. Never going back to this dealership, ever.
