Everything was quick and easy. negotiating was easy as well and they were cooperative. All the paperwork was ready for me and I was in and out quick. No huge pressure to buy extra packages (besides the ones that were "forced" on the sale). That is the only reason I took off one star. Elias was easy to work with.

This was the first time I bought a car sight unseen online. I bought my previous car from eCarOne in..2008, and I went back to them bc the experience then was so good and I liked the car so much I kept it for 14 years. The process was smooth, transparent, efficient, and the whole team was very responsive. Also, I was at a work event the week I was buying it and stressed, tired, cranky...I wasn't at my best, and they had a lot of patience with me! The car was very fairly priced and when it was delivered, it exceeded my expectations, turns out the pictures didn't do it justice!
