The entire experience with Benjamin and eCarOne was smooth and easy. The cars I wanted to test drive were ready and waiting when I arrived. The test drive was a solo ride so there was no hard sell or distractions while trying to get a feel for each car. I never felt pressured or misinformed at any point and there was a good amount of follow communication up between the time I reserved the car I wanted and the two days later when I was ready to purchase. Great experience.

Professionals of their craft. I traveled a distance as I sought out a specific vehicle. We executed the details on the front-end so my visit was shortened. Never did I feel pressure to purchase like one may feel at a distant dealership. Johnny made me feel like a real customer with quality service. They had the right approach, customer service is a goal and not a department. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Very nice people, they make you feel like they actually care about their clients. They addressed all concerns, and gave me options which I appreciated. They definitely do their homework. I didn’t know much about the car model I ended up buying and mentioned to Benjamin that I was going to look another vehicle at a different dealership. By the time I got back from my test drive, he had that other vehicle printed out and showed me the differences. Needless to say, I was pretty impressed. I had already halfway decided to buy their vehicle but Benjamin pushed it over the line. They go out of their way for you. Every single employee I met was very kind and gracious. Shout out to Jonah too. He’s awesome!
