I bought a car here over the weekend and was beyond happy with their service! I found E-Car One via cars.com and was a little hesitant since they're not your traditional Ford/Chevy/etc dealership. I worked with Rocky who was great. We were not pressured into anything and I really appreciate the "no hassle" sales. Since they mostly deal with luxury cars (we bought a Jeep from there) we got the best deal for our BMW trade in. Rocky and the team were very helpful and worked with us to get the best deal possible for financing as well. These guys were great and I would highly recommend them! It was an incredibly painless process!

Don't use Steve Salerno!!! He is a sleaze ball . We came into his office to make a deal. He started out on how he is a consulting to the company where he is helping them with improving their salesmanship skills. I am thinking more like helping to run it down the tube. He should take salesman class 101. To make the long story short, he started showing us some bogus numbers how the company paid $35,000 or something for a used 2010 Lexus RX 350, listed for $35,450. Really!!! I thought to myself, your company is stupid for paying that kind of money. He said that they barely making any money so there would be no room for haggling. I basically told him you just wasted my time and your time and walked out. That is one of the stupidest selling tactics used in a high end used cars. He reminds me of Danny Devito in "Matilda" where Danny was a sleazy car salesman. Do not use him!!!!

I called ahead to schedule a time to test drive a few different cars I had in mind. The next day I showed up 20 minutes early and Rocky already had the cars lined up for me, he let me take them out on my own test drives and I thought to myself this is not only the best experience already, but I never felt pressured, he told me the history of the cars, and was always up front with me on every question I had. When it came to Finance, Ozzie was a genuine guy to deal with. He even beat my own banks interest rates! The car was ready for me the same day and I am loving my 7 series. I've recommended these guys to family, friends and strangers alike. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from Rocky and Ozzie as they have changed my views on how dealerships should and could operate... Many dealerships should start taking notes from these guys. Well done!

I had a wonderful experience at E-Car One!! Everyone was very nice, worked with me on my price and payments and didnt give me any bullcrap. I walked out with a huge smile on my face and a new BMW128i! I absolutly love it!I would and have already recommended friends to come up here and buy a car! I came to ecarone on saturday and was amazed at the amount of cars that they had in inventory. I was able to browse the inventory right in the showroom without anyone hasseling me about my intentions at the dealership. I felt so relaxed and I am going back nex week to buy my new car. thanks
