There was no high-pressure sales tactics on Ash's part. And after test-driving cars one day, he never blew up my cell phone or bugged me and asked me about returning to purchase a car. Ash was extremely informative, very personable, very polite, and he promptly gave us the deal of a lifetime. In fact, Ash was so courteous I wanted to buy TWO cars from him. The bow that Ash placed on our car at the end of our purchase was a lovely touch that we'll never forget. If you're not buying your luxury car from E-Car One, you're doing yourself a disservice. I had a fantastic experience at E CarOne that I would absolutely recommend to anyone. I was ready for a new vehicle and ready to reward myself with a "premium" vehicle. Beyond that, I had a number of conflicting interests and I was torn. No only was Kyle Hermann remarkably patient with me as I went back and forth, he carefully listened and guided me through a number of options until we found what turned out to be the perfect vehicle for me, in outstanding condition, at a very fair price. I really like how this dealership is setup. Tell them what car(s) you want to test drive and they'll have them all lined up ready to be driven. Vince was super easy to work with, no annoying haggling or constant phone calls. I highly recommended E CarOne and Vince.

I purchased a vehicle with an additional 100,000 mile warranty. I cancelled the warranty and was due a refund. Josie is apparently the only one who can process this, but she never answers the phone and never returns phone calls. It took me over 2 months to receive the refund. I went in person and she wasn't available. I called over and over. I had her paged. Nothing works at all. I finally was able to speak to a manager who was able to cut me a check the same day. When I purchased the vehicle my sales rep showed me documentation of how they paid more for the vehicle than I was paying. If anyone believes that they are crazy. In financing in order to receive a "discount" they added a bunch of stuff I didn't want to the invoice without telling me. One of the cameras on the vehicle was missing upon delivery. It was replaced. That is the only positive of this transaction.

Nice Web site with great photos ! The car I bought matched the photos perfect ! I drove two and one half hours to buy this car! The photography is what help me see the quality of the car! All car dealers should advertise there inventory like this ! I am a a photographic engineer 27 years ! If you like LUX cars you should check them out ! all there cars are stored indoors and detailed well !

Working with Johnny was the best and easiest experience I've had when purchasing a new vehicle. Johnny answered all of our questions, concerns, and went out of his way to make sure we had the best auto purchase experience possible. When purchasing and picking up the vehicle, Johnny was out of town which I was aware of due to the prompt communication/conversations we had prior to the purchase transaction. Johnny informed me to ask for Justin when I arrived, and Justin stepped up and did a fantastic job finishing the process in order for us drive the car home that day. My wife and brother-in-law have been repeat customers with E-CarOne, and we've always received the same exceptional service each time. Ozzie, the finance expert which I remember working with many years ago once again did a phenomenal job and was able to get us a lower rate compared to our credit union who've with been with for years. Definitely recommend E-CarOne and their team for your next auto purchase, because that's the only place we'll be purchasing/dealing with auto purchases in the future.
