This dealership help me get my new used gmc. I was uncomfortable and stressed about getting approved but Ty was very helpful with answering all our questions. By the time I left I was feeling happy, positive and confident. Thank you for all your help.

Sales and front desk may be biased towards ethnici

I think I was judged by my ethnicity or looks, I was in hurry when i first visited to check a car in person and i clearly saw that a couple that came before me was helped before me, I thought it's just my way of looking and ignored that experience. I was interested in a car so visited again around 5 pm Saturday evening to do a test drive with my family, I was told that i can't do because of their various reasons. I was surprised. I explained him that i was told that I can test drive at my afternoon visit and he clearly told me that I can walk-in anytime and do a test drive and don't need an appointment, but Saturday evening when I visited with my family, I was told that i need to make an appointment, some executive explained me their reasons, As i was a serious buyer I've planned for test drive to some on Tuesday, he was not interested to book a slot for me any day for a test drive. My experience was that the staff showed biased attitude towards ethnicity or something else.

This was hands down the easiest car buying experience

This was hands down the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I do feel the prices couldn't be a better, and honestly better than dealership pricing. They will give you more for your trade than you are likely to get at brand name dealerships so that helps too. Their process is so stream lined. There is no, "let me go talk to my sales advisor." They are not pushy and have smiles whether you buy or not. Geneva was very sweet and professional, also a great person to just chat with during the process. The entire team was wonderful to work with, and a good laugh if you are there later in the afternoon. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle. They have a large inventory on site and for a charge based on mileage, they have a larger inventory from their corporate network of dealerships nationwide. This facility is very clean and open. They don't have all these top end cars in the showroom, or commission based sales people trying to just make a sale. They truly are pleasure to work with from test drive and trade in appraisal, to walking out with your new vehicle.
