Let me begin with the experience here at echo park was one to be experienced. I was allowed the ability to walk around and find vehicles I wanted without someone following me and asking me questions. I was able to calmly focus on my task. But enough about that, the real treasure is Mr. Tommy. This man is one of a kind. Listened intently to what my “No’s” were and my must haves. Kept me informed every step of the way. And confidently assured me when I may have been worried. He was calm and beyond all else PERSONABLE. Nothing that came out of him struck me as fake or forced on his end. It was just simply Tommy being Tommy. Where as echopark was truly a one of a kind car dealing experience, Tommy is what made me have such amazing feelings towards my time there. Thank you Tommy.
