2019 Audi A3 reported on the website to have no accidents
2019 Audi A3 reported on the website to have no accidents reported. Went to test drive the car and found that the car was sideswiped and the front passenger side fender was damaged (dented, scuffed, etc). Needless to say, I advised the sales person that I wasn't going test driving a damaged car, and walked away. Fix the xxxx car before you sell it!

So I had my car in there in February 2025 to have a fog
So I had my car in there in February 2025 to have a fog light fixed and have a tuneup, I was told five times that the fog light works fine. I told them it does not. They didn't believe me or they don't wanna believe me or they can't fix it, anyway I took a picture tonight. I haven't driven the car since I had the service done in February. There's only 3 miles extra on it since they dropped it off a month and a half ago, it was in service and now the brakes are grinding instead of telling me when it goes in for service that I might need new brake pads. There's another problem they have to resolve. It's impossible dealing with this place you guys never get back to anybody your your service stinks. I'm stuck with you guys cause you're the only one in town close to the house. Please do better. This is awful. I've called your management. Nobody gets back. The only person who ever got back to me was a guy with nothing to do with you who worked at suburban and he made sure the last time I was there that someone, got something done to fix this car , Who the xxxx wants to spend their free time complaining about this stuff but what am I to do? Just live with it terrible customer service place is awful. I'll be lucky to see if anybody gets back to me.

Absolutely the Worst Service Experience – Shady Billing
Absolutely the Worst Service Experience – Shady Billing Practices & Terrible Communication. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty-covered repair, expecting a seamless process. Instead, I was blindsided when James attempted to charge me more than what my warranty approved. I immediately requested to speak with a manager regarding the extra charges—yet instead of honoring my request, James went ahead with the repair without my consent. By the time I found out, it was too late. Since I had been dropped off and had no other transportation options, I was effectively forced to pay for unauthorized charges just to get my car back. To make matters worse, I called Audi Pure Protection directly, and they confirmed what I already suspected—this dealership was padding the bill with extra labor hours that are NOT standard. In my 30 years of car ownership, I have never been balanced billed for a warranty-covered repair—until now. Avoid service at this dealership at all costs—you’ve been warned.

This place is horrible , no one answers a call management
This place is horrible , no one answers a call management of service and sales can give 2 s***s , i took my car in there last week told be done in 2 days , over a week out and i call for update crickets no one returns a call , place is amateur hour ! Still dont have car back and no one answers ! How the mighty have fallen used to be a great dealership back in the day , i wont ever use this place again!
