It's always a pleasure - bought my A6 in 2015 and always bring it back. Pushing 130K, looking for at least 200K, runs as good as when I bought it, and I plan to pass it on to my grandaughter. The people have been fantastic

Truck listed as on the lot.
Truck listed as on the lot. Couldn’t get a straight answer. I’ll let you know when it’s back? It was a RAM truck. I know you sent it to someone else to work on.. Just ask the service writer what’s needed and when you assume it will be done. Not possible with this dealership. Tried for 3 days. I wanted to fly in and buy the truck. After the poor answers, I’m doubtful for the numbers and the delivery. FOR A HIGHLINE store you should be ashamed. Reason I went to you was my expectation was if they’re dealing with highline customers they got a process… NOPE.. I gave up today.. thx

Really - outstanding performance from the Audi Novi team. My wife and I travelled 450 miles to complete the purchase. Aaron was very responsive and supportive during our initial inquiry. Venita went above and beyond what I would consider to be a normal transaction. Start to finish Aaron and Venita were models of top-notch customer care. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and I would certainly drive 17 hours to do business with them again.

It’s everyone’s personality for me! Zach especially, is such a hoot! He’s also generous in his negotiations. Vanita was so honest & is a fellow Jesus lover! Aaron was efficient & kind to gift me some Scooby socks after my purchase. Peter helped me with unloading/loading from my old car to new car. & Lee helped me set up my Audi app. Definitely buy here! Just for the personable experiences alone even if you don’t need a car, go visit & get a laugh!
