I brought my Rx 330 in for oil change

I had a loaner car for the time I had the car worked on.. it took about 2 hours.. when I returned, the car had been washed.. nice!

Best car purchase experience ever!

We are so pleased with LHM. Our salesman was very pleasant. The sales manager helped us with our decision. All the folks we talked to there gave us the feeling that they really cared for us. It was the best experience we have ever had buying a car and we feel that we will be well taken care of should our car need any attention in the future. It seems that LHM has the best people for the jobs they have. Our salesman was well trained and sat with us for an hour explaining the tech features in our used car on New Years Eve. Wonderful people there. We are very happy we found a dealer who truly cares.

Excellent

Very happy with the vehicle and the sales person from whom I purchased it. I would recommend this dealership to others. I was treated very well when I had a warranty related problem with my former vehicle, and I anticipate the same treatment with my new car should problems arise

Best car buying experience ever!!

Loved working with DJ! I was planning on purchasing a new Toyota RAV4 hybrid, but during my research, through information I entered on the U.S.News Best Price Program website, I was immediately contacted by D.J. Boehm in regards to a new Lexus. That particular Lexus was a little bit out of my budget, but DJ sent me information on a Certified Used 2013 RX450h. It was a beautiful car! Low mileage! Great price! He was extremely knowledgeable, super professional, very friendly, and answered all my questions with ease. He held the car for us for 5 days until we could drive the 3 hours from Walla Walla to Spokane to look at it. He promised me I would love it and I wasn't disappointed one bit! Working with Rocky was a pleasure, too! He had us out the door in no time, explained everything we were signing, and didn't try to sell us a thing! Such a breath of fresh air! We purchased a new Toyota Sequoia 9 months ago and the whole experience was exactly the opposite. We felt trapped, waited for hours to get in with the finance person, then he tried to sell us every possible add on and extra. We were exhausted when we left that dealership, but ready to tackle the rest of the evening when we left LHM Lexus. Thanks guys!! We will be back!

Back after thirteen years.

We bought our first Lexus thirteen years ago. It has been almost carefree with routine maintenance. I couldn't imagine buying anywhere else. The location is convenient and the service is great. Here is to fifteen years of carefree ownership.
