By far the best car buying experience

I have purchased a number of cars over the years and this is the best dealership by far! Superb staff! I have purchased 2 cars from here, both from DJ Broehm, and because of his selflessness and complete dedication to customer satisfaction, made my car buying experience truly great! He has always gone above and beyond! I highly recommend them if you want to experience an easy and pleasant transaction. An absolute pleasure to business with. And a big thank you to Rocky as well for always getting the financial piece of the deal done seemless and easy. His professionalism is head and shoulders above the rest!

Above and beyond

John is just the best. He is very informative and helpful but not at all pushy. Laid back in a way that makes you feel that you can trust him and that he will do the best job he can for you. The dealership is lovely. Was a great experience.

Great dealership, friendly professional people

This is our second Lexus purchased from Larry Miller Lexus Spokane and won't be our last. My wife and I have always been treated with the upmost kindness . We both agree that Larry Miller Lexus Spokane is the best dealership in Spokane

Lexus RX 350 - 10,000 mile maintenance checkup

Highly appreciate the professionalism displayed by the Larry H. Miller of Spokane, Lexus Dealership Service Department. Very courteous and customer-friendly, especially "James" who performed the car-wash and vehicle detailing. When I asked James about cleaning products and recommended cleaning tips, he was very helpful. He displayed great knowledge and exceptional customer service to clients. Pleasurable Buying Experience

John Guiberson, our sales consultant, made the buying experience a pleasure. We were able to purchase the new Lexus without having a long, time consuming process. This was especially appreciated since we had our grandchildren with us. John even provided some special cookies for the kids. We had been looking at buying a new car for a long time and John wanted to make sure we purchased what we wanted. Also, Mike, with whom we signed the financial paper work, found us a low interest rate loan. He quickly processed the financial forms and we were soon in our new car where John helped us with all the new technology. All in all, everyone at Larry H Miller Lexus of Spokane was friendly and polite.

Pleasant experience at Larry Miller

This is the third vehicle we have purchased through Larry Miller and each time we were treated well and found an auto we were looking for that met our needs. They have treated us fairly and don't play the games that many places do. We've found he service department good to work with.
