I was left speechless by the level of care everyone had at Larry H. Miller Toyota. Justin reached out to us and helped us with our search and gave us hope of obtaining our vehicle (since we have been trying almost everywhere) He asked us to go in for us to make a plan so we spoke to Andrew. Andrew gave us all the information needed about getting our approval and got us approved for our car. At this point we had a sense of relief because we have finally ended our search and can finally somewhat relax. Afterwards we had to talk to Richard and get our paperwork set and ready to go. Richard gave us more certainty that we have successfully purchased our car. (Even though I was a nervous wreck) I've never had such a great customer service and I recommend LHM to anyone because of their extreme customer care service :) Thank you a billion guys for all your help!!!

First class service at a first class dealership.
All staff regardless of their position are friendly and professional. They provide Nordstrom level service and make you feel comfortable and special. I highly recommend them fir your next car purchase.

Service experience
The service advisor did a great job explaining what was needed and what was not and when he thought certain services should be taken care if it was his rig. Also the front end people were very customer oriented. One gentlemen in particular kept everyone happy with drinks and even made or retrieved them for the guests. Customer service was first class.

Another Great Experience
We bought a Lexus from Miller Lexus several months ago and James was the young man who made our experience a very pleasant one. Several months later we returned to Miller Lexus and once again James helped us find another Lexus, a hybrid this time. From start to finish James made our experience a very positive one. We now own two great cars and we're so pleased with how we were treated. We quickly agreed on a price which included an internet discount and the paperwork was done in no time at all and we drove our new SUV off the lot. Our son had encouraged us to drive up from Bend, Oregon to check out this dealership. He had previously bought a car from James and was confident we would have a positive experience which we did. All the employees who we came in contact with were very helpful and friendly. Miller Lexus creates a family atmosphere complete with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I highly recommend Miller Lexus. Check it out and ask for James!

East to do business with.
I had called before I came into LML. Greg Tiemann met us at the door. He had several cars for us to look at that met our needs. No waiting . After test driving each car and I decided witch one I wanted . My offer was reviewed and countered. All within 30 minutes. Other dealers seam to think if they make you wait an hour or so you will accept their offer just to get out of there. This was not the case, they acted as my time was valuable . After the sale was complete Scott Peterson gave us an in-service on our RX350 explaining all the bells and whistles . He asked us to call him with all questions.. The car was delivered to us freshly washed and with a full tank of gas.

A Wonderful Experience
We bought our beautiful Lexus RX 350 from Miller Lexus. We dealt with James who was very helpful and there was no pressure or game playing. We were treated in a friendly professional manner and I have to say unlike any other car purchase we have experienced. I might add we drove up from Bend, Oregon as our son found this car and was sure we would love it. I have to say glad we made the drive up and now are proud and happy owners of our Lexus. This was our first experience with Miller Lexus and we would return if we needed to make a future purchase.

Excellent friendly service
The alternator went out in my SC430 and was towed to this dealership. They were able to get me back on the road within a couple of days even with the part being a special order. While it was there, they took care of other scheduled service. They returned my vehicle to me clean, vacuumed, and ready for the road. Our service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable.
