Apologies for being so slow to respond. Everything was wonderful, especially for someone coming from over 2 hours away and having to wait.

New RX 350

All in all a good experience. Our salesman was a new employee and didn't have all the Answers but did have a good attitude. Pat missed our estimated payment by $150.00 a month but did have a good explanation for the error. The car showed up a couple days later than expected but again Pat did his best to expedite the process. When we financed the car I advised the finance dept that I had moved to a new address but none of the paperwork showed the new address. Again Pat came to the rescue and fixed the problem. I would suggest that the sales team have a "cheat sheet" that they can refer to when delivering a new vehicle. There is a lot to remember and some things get forgotten in the process. Again, all in all a good crew.

70K service on RX 450h

Timely and well done. Very reasonable cost. Jim informed me of a coupon that saved a lot of money. Worth the half hour drive downtown to have them do the work. Great conversation with Jim. Answered all my questions, even challenging ones like what happened to previous employees that I had worked with.

Love My New Lexus

Purchase of a new Lexus

Mr. John Guiberson is a wonderfull employee.He sold us our 2009 Lexus and he was outstanding. He just sold us our 2016 Lexus and we could not be more pleased. He led us through all of the new features and was so thorough and patient. We went back several times and he took all of the time we needed.
