Purchasing our 2nd LEXUS RX

Chris Biggs took us through the process of seeing various models and colors. We were looking for a RX to replace the 2005 RX330 we were driving. We were giving our RX to our son to replace his aging Subaru. Chris came to us in the lot and asked the questions he needed to help us with our buying decision.Chric answered our questions, reviewed the "build" I had printed, and showed us large color samples. Chris took the next step and found the car we wanted at another location. We the date arrived to pick up the car, Chris helped us transfer my military license plates to the new Lexus, and put temporary tag on my Lexus we gave to my son. After the sale Chris has been answering my tech questions and very patient as I try to understand. Thank you for the great buying experience.

Incredible product and personnel

Kay and I own four Lexus vehicles. Tim and Asa in the service dept. have been invaluable with service and information on vehicles I have puchased. In addition, John the saleman we purchased the new RX 350 from recently was very informed and direct during the sales process. It has been a 5 star experience all around with the LHM dealership. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

Friendly Staff and Great Service

There was a hiccup when I drove to Spokane to pick up the car. DJ had found a small dent and wanted to get the car right so he got the car fixed and delivered the car to Montana.

Wonderful staff

The staff at Lexus of Spokane make it wonderful. Always friendly and helpful. They are willing to go beyond, yet never pushy about things. I love them and my car.

NX 200T purchase

John was very good to work with. He was knowledgeable, but was never pushy. I'm loving my new NX 200T. Finance person worked with me to get the best possible rate. This dealer was recommended to me by good friends and I would highly recommend to others.

2013 Lexus RX350
